Privacy Policy

Effective date: 26 October 2026

This website is operated by Dhibor Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered in West Bengal, India, trading as Dhibor Tech.

This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you visit dhibortech.com or send us an enquiry. It describes what we actually do, not what we might do one day. If that changes, this page changes with it.

The short version

We collect personal information in exactly one place: the enquiry form, and only what you type into it. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and this website sets no cookies. We use your details to reply to you and nothing else.

1. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on our home page, we receive:

  • Your name and email address, so we can reply to you.
  • The subject and message you write, which may include details about your business, your data or the problem you want solved.

If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever your email contains.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial details, identity-document numbers or any other sensitive personal information. Please do not include confidential client data, personal data about other people, or commercially sensitive material in a first enquiry. If a project needs that, we will agree confidentiality terms with you first.

2. What we do not collect

This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, we do not know what pages you read, and we have nothing to show you about your visit. The site does not store anything in your browser.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs, as nearly all web hosts do. We do not use those logs for analytics and we do not combine them with anything you send us.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send us to read your enquiry, reply to it, and — if it turns into a conversation — discuss and scope possible work. That is the only purpose.

You give us this information voluntarily, by choosing to contact us, so that we can respond. We do not use it for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell, rent or share it for anyone else's purposes.

4. Who else sees it

Our enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes your submission to our email inbox. Your name, email address, subject and message travel through that service in order to reach us. We do not authorise Web3Forms to use your information for its own purposes.

Your message then sits in our email inbox, which is hosted by our email provider, in the same way any email you send anyone does.

Beyond that, nobody. Dhibor Technologies is a one-person firm, so the only person who reads your enquiry is our founder.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email records while we are in contact with you, and afterwards for as long as they remain relevant to our business — for example, as the history behind a client relationship, or for tax and accounting records where that applies.

If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it by law.

6. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. We keep access to our email account protected and limited to our founder.

No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, which is the honest position, and the reason we ask you not to send confidential material through a web form.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, you can ask us to tell you what personal information of yours we hold and what we have done with it, to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete, to delete it, and to raise a grievance about how we have handled it.

Write to contact@dhibortech.com and we will deal with your request. We reply to these ourselves, so you are not writing into a queue.

8. Links to other websites

Where we link out to another website, that website has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

9. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for instance, if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before the change takes effect.

11. Contact and grievances
